At Ekantam Resort, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair for our valued guests.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the check-in date without any cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night’s room rate.
- No-Show: If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Special promotional rates, festive packages, and advance-purchase deals are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows under these offers.
3. Early Departure Policy
- If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date, the remaining nights will be charged in full.
4. Group Bookings
- For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Force Majeure
- In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), guests may be offered a credit voucher for a future stay instead of a cash refund.
