By booking a stay at Ekantam Resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth experience for all our guests and protect the integrity of our services.

1. Reservations & Payments

• A valid credit card, debit card, or advance deposit is required to secure all reservations.
• Full payment or partial advance (as specified at booking) must be made before check-in.
• All rates are in Indian Rupee and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as per local laws).

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: [11.30 a.m.] | Check-out Time: [10.00 a.m.]
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Valid government-issued ID/passport is required at check-in for all guests.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.
• No-shows will be charged as per the policy.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property.
• Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior without prior permission is prohibited.
• Illegal activities, including possession of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden.

5. Liability

• Ekantam Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Use of resort facilities (pool, gym, adventure activities, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

6. Damage to Property

• Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused by them or their visitors.
• The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s account.

7. Children & Extra Beds

• Children are welcome. Policies for extra beds and child rates are specified at booking.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for children’s safety at all times.

8. Pets

•  Pets are welcome in designated rooms with prior notice.

9. Force Majeure

• The resort will not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, epidemics).

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
